1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of lightedaddressnumbers.com and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order or browsing the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or place an order.

2. Orders & custom products

Every product we sell is custom-manufactured to the specifications you choose at checkout — your address digits, font style, finish color, height, LED temperature, and power source. This means:

• Production begins only after your order is placed and payment is confirmed
• You're responsible for double-checking your address, spelling, and configuration before completing checkout
• Once production has started, orders generally can't be modified or canceled — contact us immediately if you've made an error, and we'll do what we can
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or an undeliverable address

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors can happen — if a product is listed at an incorrect price, we'll contact you before processing the order at the correct price, and you may cancel if you prefer. Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment provider; we do not store your full payment card details.

4. Shipping

We offer free shipping worldwide on every order. Estimated production and delivery timelines are outlined on our Shipping Information page and are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery times can vary based on your location, customs processing, and carrier conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

5. Returns, exchanges & warranty

That said, we stand behind the quality of what we make:

• 2-year warranty: if your numbers or accessories stop working under normal use within 2 years of delivery, we'll replace them free of charge, including shipping on the replacement.
• Damaged or defective on arrival: contact us with photos and your order number, and we'll send a free replacement.
• Normal use excludes damage from improper installation, incorrect voltage, extreme physical impact, or unauthorized modification.

6. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or harassing order information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Site, including through automated scraping or bot traffic
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and page design — is owned by or licensed to Lighted Address Numbers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lighted Address Numbers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, including but not limited to installation issues caused by improper wiring or electrical work performed outside our written guidance. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page, with the "last updated" date revised accordingly. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
